I have now incorporated a few suggestions and changed the draft a little. What is definitely still missing is a window in room 4 on the upper floor, it will definitely be too dark as it is drawn now.

You haven't changed much. Only relocated the stairs. The (relevant to me) weaknesses are still present:

- Terrace exit, as someone already mentioned. Terrace doors usually open inward toward the couch and not toward the terrace. According to your plan, you won’t be able to open the doors without moving furniture first – or you use sliding doors.
- I would rather take the wardrobe niche from room 4 instead of the already quite small and cramped living room.
- The house has potential for a good staircase. So why this half-turned one? None of the steps are straight, which is dangerous for children because they always walk on the side of the stair railing, and with a half-turned staircase, the steps are always very narrow there.
- The attached space in room 4 on the upper floor, it’s pointless and hard to furnish. I would rather plan another room there. Maybe a children’s bathroom or a laundry room.
- The location on the plot: why like this? Why do you put your house so far back? We currently have our house situated in the middle and can use the east, south, and west sides. That would also make sense for you so you can move into the shade in summer when it gets hot again.

But why does it always have to be this standard layout with gable houses, which I personally find not only boring but also simply impractical. You can get so much more out of these houses without immediately knowing which room is where when you enter. That’s where the excitement is lost.

You are not happy with the utility room and three doors. We added 1sqm more and "only" two doors, and now I'm considering closing the door to the outside. Once the technology is inside, you will hardly have any storage space left. A small shelf here, a narrow cabinet there. And you can't store anything in front of the doors.
