You can still buy the hut opposite, right? I'd just ring the doorbell right away.

[A QUOTE="kaho674, post: 300577, member: 17818"]A few trees will probably have to be removed one way or another. Just take a look at the house of your neighbor on the plan's left side. That’s roughly how I had imagined it too. Only the parking space as edge development and maybe the house will be rotated if there's enough space.[/QUOTE]

The greenery in the middle of the property has to go. We will also try to preserve the trees at the edges as best as possible.

I am also in favor of building it like the neighbor. However, we would prefer the terrace on the west side because it wouldn’t feel as cramped and because we currently have a south terrace that we can hardly use during the day in summer (due to work during the week and also with an awning on weekends) because the sun is really intense!

No, the house has since been partially renovated and rented out to a nice refugee family.

You probably recognized more than I did, I’m attaching a close-up excerpt from the PDF in the sales listing here: I recommend home builders with this attitude to prefer classic straight-wall floors or setback floors if possible. Around 2m knee wall height, the spatial perception shifts from "attic with a high starting slope" to "normal floor with a corner cut off at the top," which then probably has a rather oppressive effect contrary to the intention.

Yes, it is a building boundary, but the plot lies completely within the buildable zone, except in the north and west, it seems.

I took a picture before it gets dark.

There is a staircase up to the extensions. So they are already higher than the building itself.

Where "our" border starts, it is almost level, or the slightly steep slope like the street.
