The landlord then wrote to his tenants. And what happened?

The man rings our doorbell, and just as I open the door, the woman yells from the window: "Are you out of your mind? How can you be so picky? You clean up your brat's puke and shit too, so why are you making such a fuss about the dogs."

The guy asked me what that was supposed to mean. I told him that, as discussed, I had written the landlord an email about the fence.

The woman keeps shouting insults from the window. And he stands there like a deer in the headlights..

GU construction is kind of a thing. It costs significantly more than individual contracting and carries risks. I would reconsider it, especially given the currently very high price situation in the market.
