Still a huge house and no space. The [B‘Plan] does not match your wishes. Either you look for another plot or you plan a different house. Just because existing space is ignored doesn’t mean it disappears. Your [HT] is smaller than my utility room. Draw in everything that should fit. Kitchen is mini.

The kitchen should be 10 sqm. That used to be different, that’s true.

We are not ignoring the attic space. The attic is simply storage, guest, and hobby room.
We just want to spend everyday life on the ground floor. 112 sqm on the ground floor is enough for us.
I think home technology needs 1 sqm for dryer + washing machine as a tower, 1 sqm buffer storage tank, electricity on the wall, 1 sqm district heating on the wall or shaft, 1 sqm controlled residential ventilation. The front door should open outwards.
Tight but it should work. I’ll let the developer draw it in.

Why don't you plan bedrooms or at least children's rooms upstairs then? You can always move down later. The area doesn't increase or decrease just because you have to build such a roof. Electrical installations need more than 1 sqm, house connections are missing, drinks, dirty laundry, household appliances that have no space in the kitchen. Freezer

We don’t want to go back and forth upstairs/downstairs with small children. We also don’t want a bathroom upstairs. No cleaning and no duplicate rooms, etc. We have more than enough of that with parents and parents-in-law. If Junior wants, he can move upstairs later and set up there.

In the kitchen there is enough space next to the living room door. The chest freezer will be integrated into the refrigerator. Drinks are in a separate pantry as well as vacuum cleaners, etc. Possibly also under the storage space of the stairs.

The electricity I saw during preliminary sampling was not large. But I will have it drafted anyway.

Dirty laundry is probably planned in the bathroom.

The electrical system itself probably doesn't need much space, but you have to keep 1.2m clear in front of it.

Where will the small network cabinet go? Also in the technical room?

Yes, I think it's terrible.
How is the box positioned on the plot now? Where are the bicycles and carport?

I find that okay, if you absolutely want a bungalow, then just build one with a 30° gable roof. But then at least put the technical rooms upstairs.
