Unfortunately, measurements are missing on the bungalow ... 3.6 m on the garage side with entrance is rather not practical. I would plan for 4 to 5 m instead. On the other side, it is at least 3 m (how do you get from 2.5 m?) So, remaining is 19.45 - 7 = 12.45 m I’m afraid that won’t work with the last plan you posted. Which house is the basis now? Was there nothing about wall lengths?

That's how it should be: just because there is a planting obligation does not mean that a part of the property is legally excluded from calculations.

I’m definitely out with the entrance on the side.

With the roof, you’re building a huge lump. So that it doesn’t stand empty later, you squeeze yourselves into the ground floor and don’t develop the attic.

Your house won’t be as delicate as in the pictures.

Yes, I agree. What speaks against the floor plan from as a starting point? The gable roof fits wonderfully there, and why does it have to be this pronounced L shape?

It doesn’t matter how 120 sqm is divided, whether single-story or on two levels. The fact is that you are now building twice as much as you actually need, only the upper floor is not being developed. Downstairs 120, upstairs you would have another 80 sqm available. And how the rooms are used later is up to everyone themselves. On two levels, you can also indulge your own hobby sooner and get out of your partner’s way for 2 or 3 hours.

How old are the children now? If they are teenagers, you think differently. It starts at 12, unfortunately they cannot spread out as much on one level with you and will leave the nest sooner. That also has advantages.

What do you always mean by your stage?
