We only want to use it as a basis. We actually want to build with a local general contractor and brick by brick.

We talked a lot. The fact is that all our parents live in huge single-family homes, in which the attic is no longer used and is empty. Furthermore, we want to sleep on the ground floor, not have duplicate rooms, have little maintenance, and with small children not have the bedrooms upstairs and the parents' bedroom on the ground floor. We don't want all that, and therefore it repeatedly came down to the bungalow.

The roof (presumably then a pitched roof) will then be a stage and storage room, since we want to forgo a basement.
I think this wouldn’t be significantly better ecologically either.

The main roof would probably be about 14.5m*9m.

In the new design, the utility room/technical room is different and separated from the pantry. In my opinion, the technical room makes sense in the new design since it is near the access point and next to the bathroom (= laundry, etc.).

The garage is a sticking point - unfortunately, I don’t think it will fit either. Therefore, a design with a carport and covered entrance area.
