6m is incorrect. It is in Baden Württemberg - here the respective boundary distance would be 2.5m.
Yes, I agree. What speaks against the floor plan from as a starting point? The gable roof fits wonderfully there and why does it have to be this pronounced L shape?
That is a very good tip! Thank you very much. Apart from that one children's room, it fits well. We just really liked the L shape with the second gable and practically an inner courtyard with a terrace.
