How will the refrigerator be clad?

I would extend the countertop around the corner by the bar stools. That way you would have additional preparation space; I think there isn’t much around the sink and cooktop.

What I would personally miss is a resting area right near the oven. Once to be able to place a hot tray to cool down, but also to put things down that you don’t put immediately into the oven. The advantage is that you don’t block a workspace.

With a kitchen width of 285 cm, the work row could easily be designed to be extra deep. 75 instead of 60 cm, with extra deep base cabinets underneath. The division into a 3-3 grid for the base cabinets should be reconsidered. You don't really have that many tall items, and things from drawers (I'm assuming inner drawers) always require two movements.

Where is the dishwasher located? Left or right of the sink? Left would be recommended. And, google for base cabinet with waste system.

I would definitely also suggest making the worktop deeper. That brings a noticeable increase in workspace and storage space in the base cabinets. That is really highly recommended.

The funny thing is, I have a single-line kitchen with the same width of 4m (and 80cm depth) and it is practically divided the same way. From the left:
[Spülmaschine] - 60cm sink cabinet - 40cm base cabinet with waste system - 60cm base cabinet - 90cm cooktop - 90cm base cabinet.
I have endless space and plenty of workspace.

Regarding the layout of drawers and pull-outs: do a storage planning! That is essential to determine what space you need and how.

I think the side-by-side refrigerator will have no cladding. According to the plan, it has a special recess in the wall. Personally, the missing cladding wouldn't bother me.

Is this a special request in your kitchen or standard? Which kitchen manufacturer offers this?

The design looks really good. An 80 cm depth of the countertop will bring you more joy. The bar stool area can be useful for sociable cooking - I can very well imagine an espresso station there, but that requires space. The boxing in of the tall kitchen unit takes up a lot of space - but it can be done as a design feature. Are those two oven devices stacked on top of each other? I consider this arrangement rather impractical - side by side works very well. Pay attention to good ventilation for the large fridge, as heat buildup reduces lifespan and efficiency.
