Do you immediately see any way to take advantage of the new subsidies under the following conditions?
As far as I understand the KFW, there are basically 2 options:
1) Declare waiver, wait 6 months and reapply
2) Change funding level
So you would have to build according to KFW40, then the change should also bring you the current conditions.
And even better, through the tax system you can get 20% of max. €200,000, i.e. €40,000.
As far as I have read, this takes place over 3 years:
1st year (completion of construction) = max. €14,000
2nd year = max. €14,000
3rd year = max. €12,000
However, the tax liability must first allow for these amounts
Moreover, at least for me personally, the question spontaneously arises how many owners of owner-occupied, completely unrenovated old buildings with such an income have not long ago already used the low-interest phase to renovate the place
