Not only in 2018, but also at the end of 2020. You can of course upgrade the Daikin heat pump, and I suppose your neighbor did that. That would have been a good 8000€ back then.
And painter & floors, anything beyond the included tiling work to be done, that's the case with all? others as well.
In my impression, there are many who sugarcoat their price by leaving out two trades, but that is definitely not standard. Even if these providers would of course like to give the impression that it is ;)
And sure, you can assign that yourself, but then you have the hassle of coordinating a craftsman accordingly and letting him in. But we didn’t want that after a good three quarters of an hour to the construction site. I also had the floors itemized with our general contractor once, I don’t save much by awarding separately. Especially not if you have to go to the construction site 5 more times.
Little things I still remember (it’s been almost 1.5 years since I read the construction service description) were roof overhangs, disposal, boarding the attic.
