Is a house connection room under the house useful?

The Energy Saving Ordinance is basically just a "certain standard" (which is quite easy to achieve) – just ask who builds according to the Energy Saving Ordinance and who builds according to the (stricter) KfW standard because of the subsidy?

You absolutely can. Your house just might not be insured in case of doubt.

As long as the neighbor complains if your hedge isn’t properly trimmed or your driveway isn’t swept, and calls the police at night for noise instead of just ringing your doorbell and giving notice, the answer is: No.

Energy Saving Ordinance, matschie, is already binding. It is no longer possible in [D.] to build without some uneconomical renewable energy gadget. Building without ETICS or other insulating materials on the wall is also becoming increasingly difficult; every builder is forced to have an energy calculation done, which certainly costs over €1000. In some areas, they even check whether garages are used accordingly, as if it matters if instead of a car there is a beach chair plus the wheels inside. Please continue.....yes....many of us, especially in building areas, are Piefkes and miserable petty bourgeois who always immediately shout "my lawyer," who sweep their terraces, polish their cars, and hide the dirt in their souls behind "everything chic"....K.

Of course, I didn’t mean that at all. BUT: The requirements of the Energy Saving Ordinance are comparatively low. Most people build (voluntarily) according to stricter rules, e.g. KfW55..

The Energy Saving Ordinance is not that low either. It is raised again and again. We build according to the Energy Saving Ordinance. If we then "by chance" achieve KFW 55, all the better, but we do not aim for that. Additional costs would have been noticeably higher and we would not see the amortization anymore...

The Energy Saving Ordinance is a wonderful example of the compatibility of environmental policy and industrial lobbying.

Regarding plants and energy saving ordinance standards, it is probably about the common good. Although I am not entirely sure whether all the pros and cons of the energy saving ordinance have really been thoroughly considered. But that would be another topic and I am not an expert. Planting native plants makes sense to me. I am already curious to see what our garden will look like. We have very extensive regulations, but I am still looking forward to our hopefully bee-, insect-, bird-, lizard- and n.n.-paradise. As for roofs and so on, I completely agree with you. My husband and I have often been in new housing developments in recent months to get inspiration, but almost identical houses stand everywhere. At dusk it seems almost creepy to me, like clones. My taste would rather be satisfied if in new housing developments a log cabin stands next to the Bauhaus villa next to the Mediterranean villa next to the Scandinavian house, etc. I would find diversity prettier, more interesting and more stimulating in that regard. This "mix-up" would not bother me for once, if the height and size of the buildings allowed each builder (neighbor) light, air, space and sun. But basically I assume that there must be a reason why the houses should look similar, since this is also desired in newer development plans.
