Are the marked wall positions meant as wall centers, or should they be room dimensions, and the external dimensions of the house are to be mentally increased by about one twenty in length and width?
The latter is the case. Since it is our first draft, we did not think about wall thicknesses but worked according to the principle "this is how big the room should be."
The dressing room will only work with a one-sided built-in wardrobe.
We thought about putting a deep Pax wardrobe on one side and a shallow one on the other side (I think 60cm and 35cm?). That wouldn’t be huge, but with our room program, we consciously want to do without a dressing room and call it a walk-in closet since we usually get dressed in the bathroom.
We have 2019 prices and end up at around 750k for the house, incidental construction costs, and kitchen (without outdoor facilities). You can subtract about 100,000 from that for unnecessary luxury features. You should calculate around 650k to be able to build a ready-to-move-in house of this size without sleepless nights.
Thanks for the benchmark! Are the support measures to the front and sides included in your price? Could you please briefly describe what you consider to be "luxury features"?
