In the granny flat a kitchen huge compared to the living room, a dark and uninviting entrance - staircase, an impossible bedroom upstairs, in the bathrooms space for a corner bathtub in the small bathroom but only a shower 75 x 90 cm, .........

I'll stop the list here and advise a restart.

Thank you. But there is still something that can be improved, isn't there? (Apart from the missing children's room doors) I am surprised that an architect forgets doors and has hammered some wall sections. I find the layout on the ground floor utility room/work/entire apartment okay. But in almost every room, also on the upper floor, something could be added to the walls that would benefit the room.

In addition to the already mentioned problems, you might want to reconsider the concept.
Because of the slants, currently 5 people upstairs have about as much space as one person downstairs. That seems disproportionate to me.
The office is quite large – how much is really necessary? Could visitors be expected to climb stairs or do they have any disabilities?
Are there regulations regarding dormer size?

I can only agree with the advice, but I still try to point out further issues, because apparently the OP finds it hard to recognize that it’s a mess themselves (one wouldn’t want to build just to self-flagellate). But someone really managed to make nonsense even more nonsensical here:
Living room accessory unit as a trapped room # room sizes kitchen – living room – and especially and particularly: storage room are in no healthy proportion to each other # the single bedroom in the accessory unit is okay by itself, but the master bedroom is more like a walk-in alcove # the attic never works, especially the balcony with knee wall 115 is a joke, overall the drafter clearly shows zero spatial imagination here # the wall layouts in the attic are priceless, both for masonry and tile laying, and as my predecessor already hinted, this is by far not the end of the story. Not only to complain, I’ll admit that I myself planned very similar rubbish earlier – but I was only twelve then, so looking at it almost brings back old memories.

I also suspect with crystal clarity a root of the problem lies in about a bazillion wishes more than the building volume allows.
