So it is a developer property???

Especially an allergy sufferer would freak out with the air exchange rate possible in such a tiny alcove bedroom. The controlled residential ventilation would have to work like a lung machine.

Wardrobes can also be wonderfully integrated into a (here) necessary hallway.

Personally, I really have the problem that I lack information as a whole, I can’t or don’t want to constantly look for pages here in the thread or elsewhere for little information about the development plan, site plan, whether the storage room is actually a guest room or how old the kids are, why a bathroom in the office is necessary or if the budget is sufficient when going to two stories. Then, what the general contractor or building supervisor prescribes, what one must adhere to because of the budget and where there are still possibilities here.
I know you are probably tired, but please use the knowledge from us.

I suggest: start a new thread with a questionnaire, budget, specifications from the building supervisor, site plan and development plan, personal details, also mother-in-law’s age etc., also the property. Spontaneously, I wonder why the garage is to the south and not to the north...
Once the sun shines (next week), our free capacities will be needed in the garden.
Usually, a thread definitely doesn’t progress because the information does not flow.

A bit off-topic:

Dear Thies, wherever people live closely together, an outbreak (or contagion ) may occur. It doesn’t have to be a massacre, and a complex layout is no argument for that either.
And again the note that family massacres and other “disturbing incidents” are indeed the peak of my work, but fortunately, the work triangle still demands other tasks and interventions for all kinds of criminal acts throughout the year. However, I thank you for your attention to my activity, which usually remains rather hidden in the background for the civilian population.

Actually, I was roughly satisfied with the floor plan and only wanted tips for or against a construction company

Honestly, the floor plan is a disaster. Don’t build such rubbish! I also don’t understand at all who set the 1.15m knee wall here and why?

The 1.15 was set by the seller because it is a development area and everything should look as uniform as possible. However, since a large part of the area is already developed and not really uniform, the question arises as to how legally binding this is.
