Yes, it is stated in the text
Oh yes, under local regulations under 2.2: "
In the general residential areas WA 18, WA 19 and WA 20.2, the second story of the buildings must be constructed with a pitched roof. Pitched roofs must have a minimum slope angle of 35°.
Oh please excuse me, the 115 knee wall was the seller's specification
Which provider was it anyway?
So if we assume here the special Berlin-Brandenburg full story, and interpret the "II" not as "II+D" but as "II including pitched roof attic," that would indeed relate the roof pitch to the upper floor and not, as usual with "II," to the attic above. But at 9 meters height, I definitely do not see the knee wall limited to 115. The "architect" would have to be quite clueless not to get more out of that: we are practically dealing here with a full story upper floor that must have a pitched roof but is still well usable. More is possible, although I still do not see it as an invitation for a separate dressing room.
I'll say "call 4 [USER=27820]@Escroda" – please make a wireframe model of the house volume that you think is possible.
