Thank you. But there is still something that can be improved, right? (Apart from the missing children's room doors) I am surprised that an architect forgets doors and has smashed some chunks into the walls. I find the layout on the ground floor utility room/work/home apartment okay. However, in almost every room, also upstairs, something could be done to the walls to enhance the space.

This time I wanted to approach the discussion a bit more diplomatically and nicely, not so rigorously honest, and then you got ahead of me.

Hi

I have already apologized in advance, we all certainly recognize your efforts

I would actually go so far as to consider whether the plot of land is even suitable for the desired development / use.

Uiuiuiuiuiui, auauauauau. I can only agree with that advice, but I still try to point out more issues, because the OP apparently finds it difficult to recognize rubbish there themselves (one presumably doesn’t want to build just to self-flagellate). But someone really managed to make nonsense even more nonsensical here: Living room of the granny flat as a trapped space # room sizes kitchen - living room - and especially and above all: storage room are in no healthy proportion to each other here # the individual bedroom of the granny flat is okay seen by itself, but the master bedroom is more of a walk-in alcove # the attic basically never works, especially the balcony with knee wall 115 is a joke, overall the drafter shows zero spatial imagination here # the wall layouts in the attic are priceless, both for masonry and tiling, and as my predecessor already hinted this is by no means the end of the story. Not to just complain, I will confess that I planned pretty similar nonsense myself earlier - but I was only twelve then, so looking at it almost brings back old memories Also I suspect with crystal-clear certainty that the root of the problem lies in about a gazillion wishes more than the building volume can accommodate.

Site plan? Site plan! Site plan?

Besides the problems already mentioned, you might want to reconsider the concept. Due to the slant, at the moment 5 people upstairs have almost as much space as one person downstairs. That seems disproportionate to me. The office is quite large – how much space is really needed? Could visitors be expected to use stairs, or do they have any disabilities? Are there regulations regarding the size of dormer windows?

Are the furniture, especially in the bathroom, drawn to scale? It all looks more than cramped.
