The driveway is already there and must not be moved because then it would be a flood zone. We want to leave some space next to the carport so that we can also cultivate the area behind it. I will look up more precise lengths for the property at home.

Unfortunately not yet... the development plan is currently being finalized... boundary construction would be possible but then there would be no way to get to the back part of the property anymore. The blue line is the development boundary.
The access road cannot be changed because the ditch is also part of the flood area. A bridge would be a bit complicated too, wouldn’t it?
