unfortunately no... there is only the small driveway as shown in the last drawing. I have to stick to that unfortunately... if anything, the carport and house would have to be moved further east

What does that have to do with the driveway? The driveway remains unchanged. The question is the boundary development. Isn't that not allowed for outbuildings?

a) what advantage would that have? b) that would really only work for a carport; with a gate, there would first have to be about one and a half meters of wall on the left side.

Opening to the west would be an advantage.
