Am I confusing something? I read south
So: driveway on the property bottom left on the plan would be allowed. Middle left on the plan not.., where is west?

Yes, the view is of course also important. But for an all-around happy package, you first need the sun in the house. There it comes from the south and in the evening from the west. In the east only for early risers. You also don't look at the greenery all day long; at some point you also read a book. Then you want light in the room, even in winter. The terrace can still favor the view to the east.

I wouldn't know what speaks against building on the boundary. So I haven't found anything about it...

The street. Except in inner-city areas, I don't know any property where you're allowed to build up to the street.

I am not allowed to build up to the street, but there is a ditch between the street and the property ... it is also shown on the plan
