I would arrange rooms according to needs. That's how it's "actually" done. Common rooms facing south and west, ancillary rooms facing north. Where the gable or eaves end up is irrelevant, unless you really want to boost your pocket money with electricity (photovoltaics).

South-facing windows and no south-facing terrace are not mutually exclusive. South-facing terraces are usually too warm. The garden is in the west.

Why do you want to use the entire street front for parking? Carports darken the windows of the house

The exterior dimensions are not one hundred percent fixed. We are flexible inside. But the house will end up with roughly these dimensions. I don’t understand your second answer about the height difference :). A photovoltaic system is supposed to be installed at some point, but my information is that a west-facing roof is just as suitable for this as a south-facing one.

If you have a better idea regarding parking spaces for cars, I am open to everything :).

What does the development plan say?
What is the floor plan
If there are measurements, then there is one.

The development plan is ancient. To put it plainly, I can pretty much do whatever I want. The floor plan is attached. However, it is not yet completely fixed. Depending on the orientation of the house, I could also swap the kitchen with the "living" area. Then the kitchen and utility room would practically face each other separated by the hallway. In this variant, the house would then (mirrored) have the roof side facing the street. I generally want the kitchen to be in the southeast and the living area adjacent to it in the south/west.
