How to place the house on the property?

From my perspective, a completely wrong approach. One plans a house with the plot and does not take a house that is then somehow placed on the plot. The external dimensions are generally suboptimal as well!

I can't follow you. I am happy to accept suggestions for improvement. But somehow I can't do much with that.

Is there a slope or is the property flat?

Oh dear, quite a few things turned out at best "meh" ("successful" I would not say), among them the storage room, which one would enter from somewhere in the middle of the stairs (and then via a rope ladder?), is very obviously not yet well thought out – and the family bathroom is also not a "final version" yet ;-)
