House price reasonable?!

We are going on vacation for 3 weeks on the weekend. Once the property is listed on the major real estate websites, it will be gone. The seller has to sell because of a divorce and the house is empty. We also have a 300 sqm plot reserved for a semi-detached house. The reservation expires at the beginning of September. So we have to decide on something...

that is a really beautiful house - I would describe it as more straightforward and modern rather than simple.

The floor-to-ceiling windows and the high knee wall are, in my opinion, clear advantages. Garage, courtyard, and house entrance are also finished, and you could still design the garden as you like...

Have you already received a construction performance description from 2013? In my opinion, that would also be important reading for your architect friend.

I still need to obtain the [Bauleistungsbeschreibung]. The energy certificate, etc. is available. I am now waiting for Friday and then we will probably make a decision!

Looks nice, but doesn't the living area have somewhat larger windows.... It somehow looks like there is a lot of wall and very little light coming through the windows... Or is the south side of the house missing in the picture?

But.. There are 2 terrace doors in the living room and one in the guest room.
