House price reasonable?!

How do you like the wall structure at Bien-Zenker? For us, that was a reason to take them out of the shortlist... (because too thin, no wooden board under the plaster on the inside and therefore always special anchors needed)

How often have you put anchors into the wall in the last 12 months?

Everyone has to decide for themselves, I'm just pointing out that it doesn't work for US. If there is no wooden board behind the plaster anymore, you have to plan differently, also in terms of load, than with a board. "Often" was not really the question for us either, I prefer to take a Spax and hang everything I need on it

Means? Do I have to hang everything with a hollow wall anchor if it is too heavy? Is it possible to hang a TV? How does it actually work with installing boxes?

Hollow wall anchors, yes.
TV is possible, I think the advisor type said something about 50kg (but I'm not sure anymore).
No idea about the boxes, are the construction plans still available? They show where reinforcements, pipes, etc. run inside the wall.

Installing sockets in a prefabricated house afterwards is laborious because: the beams usually run vertically. Therefore, you have to lay the connecting cables all to the ceiling (or into the floor). For this, you have to hit the cavity (that is, the area between the wooden beams). In principle, it is not that difficult - just a hole saw and then you can start - just not too deep, so you don't damage the vapor barrier.

So if the property alone is now worth about 130,000 euros, then I do not find the offer at all too expensive, but rather reasonably priced for 180 sqm of living space.
