I won't say anything about the total copies, but don't you yourself notice that you can hardly use your guest rooms with the intended furnishing (room width of < 270), you build in many corners everywhere, the positioning of most cabinets creates a bottleneck, but also in the hallways, your sofas barely represent larger armchairs.
