Hello everyone,
we are reconsidering the room layout once again - there was criticism and many improvement suggestions regarding our previous plans. Many had recommended moving the living area to the basement due to the slope. This way, we would have direct access to the terrace/garden from the living room and would distribute the bedrooms on the ground floor and attic.

We have made a draft, inspired by floor plans and stair designs that we have seen partly live and partly on the internet. Regarding the stair design to the attic, it is important to know: we are only allowed to build about 50cm knee wall and the attic may not become a full floor - we are already at the absolute limit with the dormer!

We are grateful for comments and suggestions for improvement - both regarding the general layout and details!

Then at least add some external dimensions, that at least looks a bit different than before.

I also cannot imagine that 360k€ will be enough. My assumption is that you will exceed your limit of 400k€ with the appropriate equipment.

Did I read correctly that the carport is also supposed to have a basement? 200m² of living space quality at that size and an average of 2000€/m² would be around 400k€ or more, or a "smaller" house with 180m².

I still question size and proportions, among other things.
Anyway:
Point 3: Hire an architect! He will make a plan where no one has a line of sight to the toilet.
