That sounds good! I am very curious about both offers and will gladly report here. The extras we would like are also quite fixed for us. The kitchen can be standard/mid-range, we don't need much expensive frills. It definitely won't be 20,000€. Oh, and it should be an air heat pump with photovoltaic, but that's quite normal by now.
I just ordered a kitchen, without much fuss, from a fairly inexpensive manufacturer, through an acquaintance... almost 10,000 without appliances. I think the 20,000 will be reached faster than you think.
Kitchen, and I assume a certain minimum size given your house size, you won’t come in significantly under 20,000. More likely significantly more. Photovoltaics still do not belong to the standard. Count on 25,000 on top. Heat pump is standard in new construction, OK.
I just ordered a kitchen, without much fuss, from a rather affordable manufacturer, through an acquaintance... almost 10,000 without appliances. I think the 20,000 will come up faster than you think.
And on Saturday we planned our kitchen at Ikea for €8,000. Everything works smoothly if you keep an eye on the costs. We didn't really make any compromises.
