Oh Rabenau... I'm surprised there are still plots available there at that price. I would have expected more. How far along is the [Baugebiet] already? It doesn't look like it's under construction yet to me?!

The construction area is not yet developed.
I don't know when it is supposed to be developed.
Rabenau is not exactly the top choice when it comes to building plots, I would say.
The next town is 20 km away.

I know where Rabenau is ;) It will still take quite some time before the houses can be built there. Keep that in mind when planning your budget. And always keep an eye on interest rates so you can strike at the right moment as soon as the building area is developed enough.

The critical point in any cost estimation is likely to be the exact definition of "upscale standard." You can quickly end up with much higher costs than targeted; 3000 €/sqm is more the minimum here, even in Saxony, 3500 €/sqm is probable, 4000 are possible ;)

It is apparently to be built in Central Hesse, not in Saxony.
