Hello :) So no, that was definitely not a joke inquiry. So: A friend of mine actually wants to build. He bought a plot at the end of last year for 60k euros (600 sqm). The purchase price included that the house connections are already at the plot. It's a plot on the border RLP/NRW. Since he is partly very naive and told me the following, I wanted to ask experts here to be able to warn him afterward. It's a house with 130 sqm, including basement, which was allegedly offered for 270k euros. Painting/wallpapering and carpet flooring are extra. The excavation work is flat-rated at 10k euros, although the construction company has not even seen the plot live, only on plans. These are also not included in the 270,000. Everything else, including underfloor heating and electric shutters for example, is included in the price. Attached are excerpts from the company's homepage. For a layman, it reads well because fixed prices are used. The question is, where is the catch?
