I see it differently on Google Maps: each house on this street, at least in the neighborhood, has the ridge direction shown in the section of the development plan you inserted. Or is it no longer valid? I thought THAT was a fact?!

If it really should stay with the draft, please close the view from the couch to (almost) the bed. Anyone who goes to bed earlier will at least be seen on the way. That would not be an option for me.

The fact is, if you already use Google Maps (which I appreciate, by the way), you can see that houses with different ridge directions were built further along the street. But honestly, I didn't want to get into that.

So, a waiver is possible and the plan does not have to be redone.

?
So we are supposed to remove the window in the dressing room so that I am not seen by my family when going to bed? Maybe I'll rather install a roller shutter that can be lowered if necessary.

If I read something like a development plan differently than it is presented, I have to try to support my assumption somehow.
And I’m not walking too far down the streets now.

Well then: so the ridge direction counts, but an exemption is allowed.
Then I wish you luck, because it’s an interesting project.
You’ll keep us updated, won’t you?

I would probably not care either.
Nevertheless, I would completely omit the window in the dressing room, widen the hallway there a bit so that the dressing room benefits from an entire wall of closets.
The closets drawn in do not deserve their own room.
I find the 4-meter width of the “courtyard” too narrow. In reality, it probably feels a bit cramped... 5-6 meters seems appropriate to me.
I have already said something about the wardrobe and bathroom...
