1) Correct.

2) The shed roofs are oriented towards east and west respectively, skylights/light strips are not planned. Possibly windows will be installed in the upper part of the walls.

I would like to post a photo for better understanding, but I only have one "borrowed" from the internet...

I'll quickly throw the budget question into the ring. 300,000 for 175 sqm is ambitious, especially with geothermal deep drilling, ventilation, 2 bathrooms + dog WC. Sounds like upscale equipment. What's included in the 300k? Garage as well already???

I asked about the skylights because I thought maybe the "private corridor" should get some light. That will be a pretty dark hallway. Depending on the exact orientation, sunlight only enters the open space (kitchen/living/dining) at certain times of the day (some people don't mind that).

One thing maybe beforehand: I’m grateful for any advice.

We’re actually planning around 300k to 350k just for the house including the garage. The plot has already been purchased.
We’re also not yet sure about the heating, it could end up being a hybrid solution.

The WC in the garage is actually intended as a garden and party WC, it will be fully tiled with a floor drain, where I could, if necessary, "shower" the dog.

I see the point about the skylights, we are considering installing windows into the house walls there to get more light inside. Therefore, we are also still considering whether the middle part should be the only one with a ceiling.

However, I also think the garage would block the evening sun for me... especially since behind the garage, on the house side, I am actually thinking of placing a second evening terrace.

My few points:

- Move the garage to the end of the house facing north and place windows on the west side.
- Put the door to the utility room opposite the WC and make the wardrobe longer for that. Downside is a longer path from the kitchen.
- I don't like the TV position.
- I find the dressing room with a width of 2.11m very much on the edge. Window/door to the terrace takes away closet space.
- You need to insulate the party WC more than currently drawn.

I would discuss the issue of costs in more detail with the architect. €300,000 will by far not be enough and at the mentioned €350,000 I also don't see a garage yet.

Is another child planned?

1) Good point, under consideration
2) Flexible whether we walk 2m more or not..
3) The size of the dressing room might also need to be reconsidered
4) I also noticed the window to the terrace, could be closed, and more space for multimedia (two passages from kitchen and living room should suffice)
5) Why should more insulation be needed there? Isn’t the insulation of the exterior walls sufficient?

Regards
