But you’re not serious, are you? I would argue that with a decent hammer you won’t even break through the first layer of a Fermacell board in the double plasterboard from the inside. And from the outside it would probably be quite difficult as well, but that certainly depends on the wall construction of the respective manufacturer.A prefabricated house is not a concrete bunker. If you crash into it with a car, you’ll probably end up in the living room. You can break through the walls with a decent hammer.
And whether 20cm thick wooden beams spaced 60cm apart give way faster to a car than glued bricks, I wouldn’t want to judge. But today’s "solid" construction method with lots of Styrofoam and little mass personally doesn’t have much to do with the old knight’s castle that seems to have settled in some people’s minds.
By the way: even glass can be unexpectedly resilient. Ever seen glaziers try to break a WK2 pane for the glass container? You can put it on two sawhorses and jump on it as an adult man, and nothing will happen.
