Good morning,
I think some posts deviate significantly from the actual question.
1. Opinion: Five years ago, I would have said €700,000 for a house is madness; today, I think it will be hard to stay significantly below that and still talk about upscale fittings. I am even convinced that it will be tight with a basement.
2. Regarding the savings phase, just be careful not to rely solely on ETFs, etc. It could be that in three years the market is down and you then have to sell.
3. I see the private health insurance contributions as a point of significantly increased expenses in the future, but I don’t want to start a discussion about it.
4. Always consider with the planned loan installment that salary increases do not always cover the additional costs.
5. Insurance costs are calculated very low, especially the disability insurance at €50.
My last tip: it has to fit together. I always think it conflicts to say you can do without and get by with very little, and then really “go wild” on the house, only to possibly find out that you don’t like to give up the vacation after all, or that the new Thermomix is cool, or that a nicer new stroller has to be bought.
Good luck!
