A rectangular pane without muntins is trivial to clean, the missing parapet does not change that (?)
However, two variants are usually lumped together. For a whole door, I agree with you. Sometimes there are also two-part ones on the upper floor, window at the top - fixed at the bottom. I find this already more complicated to clean
