I prefer this kind of manner a thousand times over than smiling, sweet-talking and then making faces behind one's back. I can handle this kind of manner well. Our "problem" is, we simply cannot afford a special, individually designed and somewhat different house as a "standard" because that massively increases extra costs and due to the slope location the outdoor facilities will cost more money anyway than desired. Therefore, we try to make the best out of what is available to us.

You can go completely around the house both on the left and on the right. The actual planning of the outdoor area is not yet finished. We will have a staircase that goes down behind the passage between the double garage and the house. This will go down at the side along the rear wall of the double garage.

On the right side next to the house, the terrace will not extend so far around the house and it will be only one meter wide compared to the house on the right side. Thus, there will remain another 4 meters where the terrain slopes normally and one can always walk down from the south terrace on the ground floor to the north terrace in the basement.

Sink in the utility room, left next to the washing machine and dryer is already planned.

Since the basement will actually be used 99% only by us, we really wanted to do without a "corridor" just to have an extra door. It was more important to us that our son has a very large room available.

Unfortunately, this is not possible for the following reason. Since part of this room is still being built with WU concrete because it is still entirely underground, there is only the one large window that is drawn in. You can see in the floor plan where the WU concrete basement wall ends (exactly at the height of the partition wall to the dressing room). We possibly want to install a light well window in the dressing room. If we swap the dressing room and bedroom now, the bedroom would no longer have a window and we would be in the WU concrete, which we don’t really find appealing.

Exactly right, you can walk all the way around the house. On the left, behind the passage between garage and house, there will be a staircase, and on the right, there are about 4 meters to the neighboring property where the terrain is shaped so that you can normally walk down.

The large window on the north side in our son’s room is already a floor-to-ceiling window with (door). We have been thinking all along whether to leave it as is or not. Why the consideration? The floor-to-ceiling window takes away a lot of possible setups over quite a wide area for desk, bed rearrangement, etc. You just can’t really use the space in front of the floor-to-ceiling window properly anymore. That’s why the idea came up to put the door into the bathroom instead, since you don’t place anything in front of it anyway, and you wouldn’t start rearranging bathtub and shower.

I will swap the stairs this evening and look at the guest WC etc., that’s a good idea, let’s see if we like it THANKS

That's exactly what we were considering last night, to use the full length of the wardrobe and thus reach 4 meters, pull the partition wall to the bedroom further back and thereby also gain more space between the bed and the wall to the children's room.

I will change all the ideas I received from you in my plan tonight and then post it.
