No, I did not come up with the idea on my own to post the floor plans under the thread regarding how extreme the slope on our property is, because one has nothing to do with the other. The other thread was about our self-made sketch, without a plan from an architect / planning office, measurements from the property, etc. If it makes sense to post new sketches under a 4-month-old post, I can gladly do that.

Then make a proposal what house design would be the right one for the property in your opinion! Everything has already been gone through with the planning office. Basement and ground floor + first floor, then thanks to the sloping property a part of the basement is exposed at the back and from the rear garden you look at a more than 9 meter high 3-story single-family house, certainly nice to look at. You can also build without a basement, on a slab and ground floor + first floor. You have to fill an incredible amount to put the house on a pedestal, have to model the outdoor area incredibly much, terrace the back garden so that you come down again, which means that you hardly have any usable area at the back. Therefore I would be very interested in what your proposal would be, instead of just saying that what was planned here is not suitable for the slope.

Yes, that's correct, why?

Thank you! You mean instead of the access through the main bathroom?

Regarding the kitchen, I am currently thinking about how to design it better myself.

THANK YOU I was just doing exactly the same thing with the slant at the pantry, I didn't like it either. I will take a closer look at your revised ideas tomorrow. THANK YOU again.

No, in addition. The idea of direct access to the bathroom is okay - no matter what others think about it. Our house is also on a slope and has at least one exit to the outside from every room (except children's bathrooms and guest toilet).

No, I merely meant that in my opinion, you should have placed the additional notes I added about the origin of the story (and the excerpts from the development plan text) here at the beginning yourself.

My formulations are much sharper than my drawing pen – some get a bit offended (which is not intentional), but it often helps (and that’s what I try). As I said, my drawing talent barely suffices for the House of Nikolaus, but I can gladly try again with words: here, based on a normally socialized plot-related planning fantasy, an attempt was made to impose something on a sloping plot; the more fortunate approach – although I can’t shoot the perfect plan out of the hip – would be, in my opinion, to tune into the existing plot, “accept” it, and develop a building from there. Maybe it helps to camp there once.

I absolutely agree with you and find it commendable that you don’t want to imitate
