You could have easily come to the idea yourself, not to let us start discussing as if from scratch. Just now I wanted to link you a similar thread, then I saw it was your own: – and in that one here: there were already infos from the development plan about it.
No, I did not come up with the idea on my own to post the floor plans under the thread regarding how extreme the slope on our property is, because one has nothing to do with the other. The other thread was about our self-made sketch, without a plan from an architect / planning office, measurements from the property, etc. If it makes sense to post new sketches under a 4-month-old post, I can gladly do that.
Then make a proposal what house design would be the right one for the property in your opinion! Everything has already been gone through with the planning office. Basement and ground floor + first floor, then thanks to the sloping property a part of the basement is exposed at the back and from the rear garden you look at a more than 9 meter high 3-story single-family house, certainly nice to look at. You can also build without a basement, on a slab and ground floor + first floor. You have to fill an incredible amount to put the house on a pedestal, have to model the outdoor area incredibly much, terrace the back garden so that you come down again, which means that you hardly have any usable area at the back. Therefore I would be very interested in what your proposal would be, instead of just saying that what was planned here is not suitable for the slope.
