I would probably do without the extra hallway because you can just walk around the outside on both sides of the house.

I don't see it that way. You are much freer, even with guests, when you can just storm into the garden without going through the children's room, bathroom, or bedroom. Those are all very personal spaces.

very good! Only the windows on the south side are much too weak. Now please add a shower in the WC so that the elderly can live upstairs later. Maybe the staircase will be rotated (depending on what should be upstairs or downstairs) and the WC given more depth.
