I seriously wonder how these assumptions and resulting interpretations come about. When did I write that we sit between stinking and noisy cars at the neighbor's garage driveway?
This is stated in the plans you attached. Here is the terrace situation (gray), as it currently appears to the reader:
We also now know from the neighbor to our right that he is building his garage to the right of his house, which means first the property, then the neighbor's house, then the garage, and this also completely parallel to the house so that we do not see it at all.
No one could have guessed that. So the neighbor is building up the south side instead of yours. That's nice of him.
Stinking exhaust fumes: it is neither a through road/main road nor anything else, but only an access road to the new development area, and since there is one on the other side as well, only part of the new development will use this road, of course guests, postal car & co as well.
Yes, and all pedestrians, dog walkers and the like. You just sit there in the front yard. It's okay if you like it. Really, I don't want to judge. In my village, the old men also meet in one's front yard because you can have nice chats there.
The garden is, in my opinion, completely excluded from the planning. Really, how do you come to that?
The garden is behind the house. But you basically don't get there. Only the son - but he probably won't be interested in it. From the bathroom - okay. But if I want to go to the bathroom, I usually have other things in mind than going to the garden afterwards or vice versa. Also, people don't like to walk through there when someone is sitting on the throne. So to get to the garden, you walk all around the house, over stairs, through the entrance area or if necessary down through the bathroom. That is all too complicated for me to see a real connection there. Also the question is what is supposed to happen in the garden? You already have a terrace at the street.
What is so crazy about our wishes? I would like that explained in more detail.
see above, I didn’t mean anything else. That was probably a misunderstanding, because:
Only architects do good planning work, sorry I see that differently.
... I see that exactly the same way.
