Peninsula or island fits with the open kitchen, otherwise you need a ballroom, which your house does not allow. Consider an eat-in kitchen and the separation between dining and living.

There are modern high-performance exhaust hoods and controlled residential ventilation against odors. Nothing smells in our house despite a relatively open floor plan. Especially since food smells good unless you mess it up.

Even with me, chaos is limited and I am a chaos queen.

Never delete pictures. There is the possibility to block the view of the countertop. For example, in a show house, the kitchen was a two-row kitchen and partially open to the dining room. A 60 or 65 cm deep wall stump was built on the left and right. This way, the work areas disappeared from view.

Tell me: what does that mean? Starnberg?
Saxony-Anhalt and Schwerin are supposed to be hidden, right?
Just speak clearly, then there will be more than just questions.

I totally agree with you: our house stinks too... every day, day in day out... it smells like frying fat. I'm thinking about maybe doing greens or something steamed or something like that at least 5 times a week, so the house doesn't always stink like that.

???

Tell me: what actually is your problem? Your tone seems a bit too annoyed to me!
I correctly stated my place of residence during registration, only for the indication of the federal state, which is given here only in short form, I chose the wrong variant. I have now corrected that. You alone stood me up after Schwerin or Starnberg!

You can save that, I don’t know what you gain by giving such a snippy answer. The internet is full of people who have an open kitchen and see that as a disadvantage. If that’s not the case for you, then congratulations!
I explicitly apologize for even dealing with the topic and still being conflicted about it!

Yes, thank you very much. Did you find the floor plan online? I find it very detailed. You are right here too, provider 2 actually builds somewhat lower. Then the data should be correct.

Hi, no, we do everything ourselves here.

... I know...

Ceiling height is an important comfort criterion for most homeowners. Since it almost always affects the staircase, it can quickly lead to missing centimeters in the floor plan, especially with straight staircases. That’s why you should test for yourself which ceiling height you want. When requesting offers, it’s best to state it right away – it makes a difference in terms of price and planning.
