The kitchen could offer more storage space without the peninsula (which is quite small) and without the dining area that is 3 steps away from the dining table.
My girlfriend would like to have it realized with a peninsula, but the thing with the dining area is of course justified and will be reviewed.
Utility room quite small. You have all the house connections, building services and utility room stuff stored there. Storage space for dirty laundry, drink crates and sports bags is missing
This thing also bothers me about floor plan 1. That’s why we chose the variant with the guest bathroom on the left side in floor plan 2 to create more space for the utility room. There, I find the nearly 10 sqm sufficient.
Do you really want to block a sliding door with the sofa?
No, we want to align the sofa crosswise to the window towards the exterior wall. A large TV shall be placed on the wall.
Is it correct that you plan without a fireplace?
Neither of us is a fan of that, I admit.
Upper floor The parent area for sleeping is as large as the hallway and child’s room together Child sleeps, plays, learns and meets friends in his room The bathroom is planned poorly Door opens and you run into the shower. The sinks that are frequently used are hidden
Here, too, you hit my concerns right on the mark. The child’s room is much too small. I would also prefer the variant from the second floor plan. I like that bathroom layout better, too. But even there I am not really satisfied.
