.. where did you get the picture? Google? Then better delete it .. the rights are not granted. And you also can’t really see it clearly. In any case, it is also a staggered pitched roof.

No, with Google there is usually not such good quality. Probably taken with the quadcopter itself

No, this is a private recording of mine. The fact that you can’t see more is intentional.

Otherwise.... staggered shed roof, yes.
But for me, it was more about digging out or filling up.

As said, so far it has simply been dug out at the back and done.

Are the other plots also with more than 3m height difference or less? If more than the +/- 75 cm permissible according to the development plan have been removed, then you also have to consider protective measures against the neighbors.

And somehow flattening the terrain and accepting an abrupt terrain rise doesn't really make sense for garden design. As I said, I also see it as a cost factor because quite a lot of earth has to be moved.

Whether everyone now has a 3m height difference, I of course cannot say, but at least the immediate neighbor has 510.35m at the back like us, and thus a 2.50m difference to the street side.

Yes, you’re right there. As I said, I would level the property as much as possible to 510.xx according to the described method.

Let’s see what the BU says.

Regarding the costs:
The BU has currently set 12 hours for leveling. If I now add 2 x 8 hours as a safety buffer, I will definitely still remain within my set budget cost-wise. I can’t imagine it taking longer now.

Well, he should first make a plan of how the access from the street with 507.8 m would be. And anyway.

And what does 12 hours mean? 12 hours of temporary help or 12 excavator hours including excavator rental etc.?
