So maybe a note about the elevations: So far, three neighbors (to the west) have built with the same or relatively similar slope direction. The approach here was to excavate the ground up to the property boundary. That would of course be the worst solution but at least every floor plan fits that way.

Currently, I imagine that we will have no driveway but rather a ramp. With a bit of luck, we are already at 509 m there. The garage will then be a bit lower than the house, the entrance to the house then over a few steps and hopefully we will be at 509.50 or higher. From the end of the house, we then still have 2 m over 20 m elevation difference. That is still a lot... but maybe we will come up with something better.

The construction company will do the elevation survey next week, what I have is not enough for them. Then it will hopefully get more concrete.

Well, not yet, but as I said, it is a work in progress.....
You and others asked for views and here are the first drafts.

Yes, that's why I'm posting here, see the opening post.

You are right about that......but we like it very much. This is how it is supposed to look:

We can't make a plan for you on the slope.

Is the shown picture from the same street?

but that does not fit at all with:

If you want to have an approximately 5m long driveway rise from 507.8 m to about 509 m, then it will be very steep. There will be problems coming down this steep driveway and then driving onto the street, just as there will be problems at the transition into the garage. Just draw it to scale. Then you'll see it.

I would want exactly these points demonstrated by the planner next. Is the planner an architect or just an employee of the construction company?

That's clear, but maybe someone has an idea or has built something similar. Otherwise, it was initially about the floor plan.

No, that has nothing to do with it.

You are right about that. I think this is currently tacitly tolerated. Not far from here, excavation of 1.50m was approved upon application. I believe getting approval would not be a problem.

Ok, that's a good point. We will do that.

But those are also costs for the entire landscaping, which surely incur extra. And then, when everything in the first 19 meters is removed, because it should be roughly like that, you step out of your ground floor and stand in front of a slope wall. Is the property offered directly by the contractor?
