Ok, there probably doesn’t need to be earth transported back and forth, but whether the removed earth is just as suitable for applying elsewhere like that? Well, we probably won’t be able to clarify that. Now it’s the builder’s turn again and he’s supposed to explain how he can sensibly accommodate such a house, as planned, on the property.
