The roof is now completely covered. The windows were actually supposed to arrive this week, but that didn’t happen. A new attempt is scheduled for next week. We'll see. Not much has changed in the floor plan. Individual walls have been moved and rooms enlarged/reduced. The shower had to be removed from the guest bathroom upstairs. We have also slightly rotated the house towards the west.

I really like the floor plan as it is, except for the strong separation of the living/dining area by the stairs. But that's all a matter of taste and also has its advantages. In any case, you have built the house well into the slope.

The separation is intentional. Only whether the kitchen or the living room would be separated was unclear for a long time. Yes, the slope was/is quite steep. And although I had expected quite a bit of excavation, it was still a bit more than anticipated... Luckily, the property is big enough so that nothing has to be taken to the dump. :)

Yes, exactly turned into the slope. Super. The shower in the WC is totally dispensable.

Update. In December, the windows finally arrived before work continued in January. The electrical rough-in, plumbing rough-in, and interior plastering were installed. We were also able to continue work on the double garage, which is owner-performed work. The ceiling was poured there this week. A 6000l retention cistern was installed. The house connections were also put in. Fiber optic is still missing. The floor construction inside the house may begin next week before the underfloor heating can be installed.
