In the meantime, I have spoken with the building administration of the municipality: the ominous height indications are only position markers for the road builder, not heights, and irrelevant for the client. For construction reasons, I also place a big question mark behind the idea of enlarging the starting model in both planar dimensions. Then an individual plan actually makes more sense. A catalog house is better extended only in the "wheelbase," not in the "track width" – so only in the ridge direction.

Yes, it has for me. That would work with a KS of 50 cm.

With the desired KS of 1.8 m, in my opinion, it only works if the ridge direction is rotated.
