How is the house supposed to fit on the plot? Defining the directions with North, South, etc. is pure nonsense here, unless the house is placed diagonally on the plot. But then the statement "Entrance direction street" is not correct. You can gladly delete my statements here in the thread.

The exterior facilities are not included, will follow later as self-performed work. Interior construction, attic conversion as self-performed work. Garage and incidental building costs are included. Why should we paint the basement and the garage? Only the bay window we might possibly omit and instead use a ventilation system.

Light green = street: so that means, if you are standing on the street, you have the front door in view.

For us, the views were understandable, so that we know how the house is positioned. So view south should be called view southwest, etc.

Read through the links

Material for self-performance costs money. Outdoor facilities in self-performance are not free of charge

Do you have an offer for the earthworks including disposal?
Half the basement is useless. Office in the basement is suboptimal, especially since almost every week someone has to go through your living area

I personally do not like the ground floor at all, as has already been written several times (kitchen, bay window, useless space, etc.)

I am not that good technically, RFB 2.75 on the upper floor? How thick should your ceiling between ground floor and upper floor be? With RFB 0.00 on the ground floor, there won’t be much clear room height or am I wrong about that?

No, that was a minimum amount for all-inclusive, whereas the plot of land can also be significantly more expensive. Or do you already have that?
