Yes, it is a staggered floor and we would even be allowed to build a little higher. Our neighbors are also significantly taller than us.

I have also realized the point about the bathrooms not being optimally located, but since we are "renovating" and not building completely new, we are somewhat limited in our planning.

The panels in the wet area are also quite nice as tiles. Only my program only allows floor-to-ceiling tiles. But I do not find that necessary or attractive.

If it were mine, I would probably try the following:



Why? Placing the bedroom on the south side immediately causes a heat problem. Most people like to sleep cool and shady. I would try to bring the wastewater down in the vestibule, if possible or sensible. Corresponding good sound insulation in the children's room. Otherwise, a shaft to the living room is necessary anyway.
