:D One could swap the wet room and the dressing area… since the utility room would then be right next door, that would of course also simplify the pipe routing

Bathroom and bedroom in one... hmm. Well, that's not for me.
I only know the bathtub near the bed as a silly gimmick in hotel suites so far.
I can't imagine that the sliding doors provide enough soundproofing etc. to separate the bathroom and bedroom.
And on the way to the bed, you get wet feet if someone just showered or bathed.
In everyday life, I can hardly imagine a more impractical combination than packing bathroom and bedroom into one room.
But it's a matter of taste.

Something like that is really just a matter of taste... the creator and the original poster seem to like it, so why not...
But maybe think about it once beforehand whether you really want it like that permanently, for example also if your spouse has stomach flu, or if you've just cooked a nice chili in the evening. Then there's not much privacy left - unless someone just checks out directly. :cool:

If one partner has to go to the toilet at night, the other one wakes up immediately. Not to mention the smells. Showering is only possible if the partner is not sleeping. And then the moisture that occurs while showering in a room with the wardrobes. No, I would find that extremely impractical.Here is one variant. I assume that no walls are standing yet.
