I would think carefully about that too. Of course, choosing such a layout is extremely "unusual," but the listed disadvantages cannot be denied. The moisture from showering can probably be somewhat controlled with [Kontrollierte-Wohnraumlüftung] and appropriate exhaust. However, the toilet so close to the bed is definitely borderline. Just think of hotel rooms; I have encountered layouts there that I found uncomfortably open / audible.

Hmm, unfortunately you are right about the mentioned disadvantages. We didn't think of them at first. Such a floor plan would be a dream, but we also want to feel comfortable in the bedroom.

And that's exactly why brainstorming without knowledge of the ground floor is somehow pointless. This won't work: the ground floor and upper floor are interdependent.

That was more of a thought-provoking idea for the experts here. I understand that the OP didn't want a bathtub and that the drainage from the toilet is a problem. Thanks for the numerous opinions. At least the OP has learned what is lacking in their contribution. The information is simply too little.

There are the colored illustrations in the plan, and in my opinion, the entire roof is supposed to be converted?

Here is a more practical version.

I also tinkered briefly this morning, but I like the second idea from Hanghaus better.
