Can you build so much cheaper in A than in D? In my opinion, you should reduce the size a bit to max. 12*9m. Only build the garage if there is still some budget left.

This way the move-in makes sense. Thank you.

Is it intended to build as close to the street as possible?

If the priority is direct access to the house, then rather house and garage side by side.

I have many good known craftsmen. Here we can save some costs. The garage is being planned but will only be implemented when the budget is replenished. The second floor will also be left unfinished and gradually expanded. (Fußbodenaufbau wird hergestellt, Ausbau findet später statt. So werden ebenfalls kosten eingespart). It is not cheaper, only not everything has to be completed from the start! It wasn't any different in the past...

We would like to place the house in the middle of the plot. The garden in the south for the winter months, the garden in the north for the increasingly warmer summer months.

What is important to us is the barrier-free access from the garage to the house. However, this is a bit difficult with the sloping terrain, to also create the garden level on one level without placing the entire house too deep into the slope.

The idea "centered with the two garden parts" I find quite good. Remember that you need a long access path to the house. That is not only costs but also possibly wasted garden space.

Do you mean completely on one level or would a small ramp outside also be a solution?

Is there a particular reason why you insist on flat levels? Lawn mowers can handle 10% as well. It shouldn't be a problem under 10% incline. Access will be more expensive if you go further up.
