Here visualized once more. You can see that no major problems arise.
If the garage is built higher, the driveway becomes steeper and you might then have to place L stones at the boundary.
Cool thanks, that already looks quite neat! Nevertheless, it would be better to set the garage a little lower in advance to manage better here. L stones are a good solution!
Nothing.
Draw that into my last section. Then don't forget about approximately 5 m between the house and garage. You surely want to use both garages.
Then you will see how deep you can dig the driveway and garage.
Or you make the house only 11-12 m wide as I suggested.
I have already thought quite a bit about why I plan the house only 12*9.
If the house is to be in the middle of the plot, then in my opinion 1.45 m above the SE corner at the street is optimal.
You can now cut back further at the rear and fill up at the front until you like it. Always keep in mind that no embankments become steeper than 1:2 and that the earth balance works out.
Terracing as you showed will be expensive.
Drain inlets are nonsense. At least here in Germany they are not allowed. Rainwater is mostly not allowed to go into the sewer system. That is solved with good planning.
I will print out your section and hand-draw the variants to see which I like better. The size of the house can gladly be reduced (cost saving per m2 – so positive!).
I will represent and sample the different positions (as described by you above), I think that helps the most. I'll try it with the 1.45 m.
You think the garage in the SE corner is best placed?
