Why does the kitchen not work like this? Can you possibly explain why? Thank you

so they could work, but only if the island is not 1.20m deep as drawn (so 2x60cm cabinets). if you only use 60cm cabinets at the front and reduced-depth cabinets at the back, you get up to 20cm more space around the island. in both versions, you have a total of 1.7-1.8m for the two traffic areas on the long sides. the distance on the working side should not be less than 1m (personally, I actually think 1.1m or 1.2m is better), which means that for the rest, with a 1.2m deep island, only 0.7-0.8m remains. that can just about work, but these are rough construction dimensions, so you can easily subtract another 5cm. you wouldn't really be able to access the cabinets on the back of the island like this (I wouldn't go below 0.9m here with normally deep cabinets). moreover, I consider the layout of Kitchen 2 to be rather impractical regarding the workflow (you have to walk a long way from the sink to the cooktop). recommend visiting a certain forum soon for the kitchen planning.

- The dressing room gets the most expensive and elaborate window, even though you are only inside very briefly twice a day?

- The kitchen is a narrow corridor in both cases

- I consider an outdoor kitchen nonsense if you can always see it directly from the living room: it would then always have to be perfectly tidy and clean.

- Hallway upstairs 2x2m = 9sqm?... Staircase included?

- Bathroom upstairs: where daylight is needed, at the mirror, none reaches

- Bathroom upstairs: how is the toilet supposed to be drained? Shower works: the ceiling can be partially left open, but the toilet will be difficult to divert that far

- Room upstairs: too much window area prevents placement options (consider wardrobe depths!)

- Bathroom ground floor: the walking path to the shower is blocked by the toilet and sink, especially consider necessary partition walls

- Doors in the garage obstruct each other? Or what is supposed to go into the storage room anyway? Possibly a separate door to the outside
